Botanical Kitchen - Magnesium Sleep Spray

Soothing magnesium oil spray designed to assist sleep and relaxation.

directions: apply to the back, legs, shoulders and arms and gently rub in, before bed or anytime you need to tune into relaxation. Add to massage oil or lotion for a soothing, sleep promoting massage.

Please note; magnesium can sometimes cause a prickling sensation initially. though this is harmless, you may want to dilute with coconut or olive oil initially and begin by applying to the feet for the first few days. Some people find the consistency a little oily or sticky but this can be easily amended by applying then rubbing in, leaving for 20 minutes to absorb then showering or wiping off with a warm cloth, or adding the spray to a carrier lotion or moisturiser first (what ever you normally use is fine) it can also be useful to spray the bottom of the feet liberally, cover with socks before heading to bed if showering is not an option.

Ingredients: purified rain water, magnesium chloride, lavendula essential oil, vitamin E

Not intended for pregnancy or children under 3 (due to essential oils). shake before use. for external use only. avoid contact with eyes. in case of irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. store in a cool, dry place or in the fridge
